We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (all genders) or Key Account Manager (all genders) for our team at the Stuttgart location, effective immediately.

WHAT YOU DO

• Independent, comprehensive project management of various projects with a focus on the automotive sector, from initial calculation and offer preparation through ongoing cost control to final billing
• Holistic customer management, development, and consulting as the central point of contact in close strategic coordination with the Key Account Director
• Technical guidance and further development of junior profiles in project management and consulting
• Confident management and operational implementation of diverse project formats such as competitive and trend analyses, retail strategies and guidelines, up to events and roadshow kits
• Interdisciplinary interface coordination of internal teams, external service providers, and cooperation partners while strictly adhering to quality standards, budgets, and timelines

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in project management and consulting, preferably with deep insights from the automotive industry or the live experience world
• Profound experience in guiding and developing project teams, as well as strong commercial acumen and strategic consulting expertise
• High flexibility and enthusiasm for a diverse range of tasks, from strategic conception (e.g., format development, strategy consulting) to operational implementation
• Interdisciplinary mindset, strong team spirit, and the ability to maintain an overview even during intensive project phases
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in German and English
