Have you gained extensive project experience in various contexts and successfully managed large projects? Then we are looking for you as a Senior Project Manager (all genders) to realize digital solutions for the eSociety with us.

• You will realize large IT projects of social relevance – agile, traditional, or hybrid
• With your interdisciplinary team, you will translate customer requirements into new and existing IT solutions and processes; in Agile project setups, you will act as Product Owner
• You will implement projects in a diverse technological environment – from Content and Form Management Systems (CMS, FMS) to low-code platforms, development of individual business applications, to Workplace and Cloud
• You will support our customers throughout the entire project duration on questions of digital transformation and advise on solutions from the ]init[ portfolio
• You will manage large interdisciplinary project teams and interface management between different stakeholders
• You will contribute your strengths in designing & moderating workshops with customers and develop strategies for the efficient implementation of digital solutions
• You will identify optimization potentials in internal and external collaboration, develop targeted recommendations for action, and proactively shape change processes
• You will develop our method toolset further and mentor PM colleagues, as functional leadership responsibility is part of our role from Senior level onwards

• Websites, intranets, apps, digital application systems, or business applications: You are enthusiastic about implementing outstanding IT projects
• You have 5+ years of experience in project management of IT projects and have internalized Project Leadership
• You are proficient in using agile or traditional project methods and ideally round off your profile with a certification (e.g., PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA or Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, SAFe Agilist)
• You enjoy complex technical challenges, interacting with customers, and have a feel for their needs, always keeping an eye on potential sales opportunities arising from them
• With your communication skills, you navigate confidently at all levels of project organization, conveying complex topics clearly and appropriately for the audience
• You hold a completed university degree
• You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
