Senior Project Manager (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (all genders) for our team at the Stuttgart location starting immediately.

• Independent, full project management of complex projects from planning through cost control to billing

• Content-related client leadership, consulting, and development for clients from areas such as Retail, Sports, Fashion, Beauty, and Luxury in close coordination with the Key Account Director

• Transparent budget planning and overall financial responsibility for the assigned project portfolio, as well as professional guidance of junior colleagues in the team

• Confident management of diverse formats such as retail campaigns, events, and brand experiences

• Interdisciplinary interface coordination of internal teams, external service providers, and cooperation partners while strictly adhering to quality standards, budgets, and timelines

• Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management with a focus on Retail, Sports, Fashion, or Luxury
• Sound experience in leading and developing project teams, as well as a strong commercial mindset and strategic consulting competence
• Enthusiasm for a dynamic field of work, from strategic conception to precise operational implementation
• Interdisciplinary way of thinking, strong team spirit, and composure to always maintain an overview, even in intensive project phases
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in German and English
