Senior Project Manager (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (all genders) for our team at the Stuttgart location immediately.

• Independent, comprehensive project management of complex projects from planning through cost control to invoicing

• Content-based client management, consulting, and development for clients in areas such as Retail, Sports, Fashion, Beauty, and Luxury in close coordination with the Key Account Director

• Transparent budget planning and overall financial responsibility for the assigned project portfolio, as well as professional guidance of junior colleagues in the team

• Confident management of diverse formats such as retail campaigns, events, and brand experiences

• Interdisciplinary interface coordination of internal teams, external service providers, and cooperation partners while strictly adhering to quality standards, budgets, and timelines

• Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management with a focus on Retail, Sports, Fashion, or Luxury
• In-depth experience in guiding and developing project teams, as well as strong commercial acumen and strategic consulting competence
• Enthusiasm for a dynamic field of activity from strategic conception to precise operational implementation
• Interdisciplinary way of thinking, strong team spirit, and confidence to always maintain an overview even during intense project phases
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in German and English
