Job description
As Senior Project Leader Techniques, you are the expert within our project team for everything related to technical installations such as HVAC, lifts, electricity, sprinklers, and more…
You are responsible for:
- Conducting a thorough risk analysis of the project, with consultation and coordination with the project leader and project director.
- Coordinating and monitoring technical installations:
- Preliminary preparation and follow-up on technical studies
- Contact and coordination with subcontractors and study bureaus
- Analyzing tenders and proposals from subcontractors, preparing a correct price comparison
- Maintaining site supervision
- Providing technical input and drafting (or having drafted) work assignments for subcontractors.
- Reviewing technical plans, technical files, schematics, and execution dossiers.
- Actively monitoring planning, budget, and quality, in close collaboration with project and site leaders.
