Senior Project Leader (m/w/d) Object Monitoring
Job description
What you can expect
- In object monitoring, you will be responsible for leading and organizing large-scale projects in the high-rise and interior construction sectors.
- You will serve as the site leader and lead a diverse project team.
- Your tasks include implementing projects based on BIM models.
- As an interface, you ensure close cooperation with all departments (architecture, structural planning, HKLS, electrical engineering) and external experts.
- In addition, you will have cost- and result-responsible leadership for the object monitoring department of each project.
- You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal to consider climate-neutral planning with the goal of a sustainable building.
