Senior Project Lead SAP – SDM & RFNO (m/f/d)

• Continuously advance and develop the end-to-end standard implementation methodology for SDM/RFNO, including templates, quality gates, and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Take over the delivery governance for customers and partners as Senior Project Lead, ensuring clear planning, decision-making discipline, risk management, and transparent stakeholder communication.
• Act as Design Authority for SDM/RFNO implementations, ensuring standard and clean core principles, questioning unnecessary customizations, and guaranteeing solution quality before implementation.
• Establish SAP Cloud ALM as the central delivery backbone and combine it with modern, AI-supported tools for planning, requirements, tasks, testing, deployment readiness, and reporting.
• Drive the use of AI to increase efficiency and quality, integrate it into design, documentation, testing, and QA, and empower customers and partners in its application.

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in SAP projects, ideally in S/4HANA transformations, digital supply chain, downstream logistics, retail fuel, or comparable process areas.
• Demonstrable experience with SAP Cloud ALM in real implementation projects, including project setup, scope and task governance, test coordination, and transparent progress control.
• Senior project management profile with strong customer orientation, pronounced partner management skills, and ideally experience in a leading GSI or large SI environment.
• Strong methodological understanding with the ability to translate SDM/RFNO product standards into reusable implementation building blocks, governance routines, and scalable delivery models.
