Senior Project Integration Manager (m/f/d)

For our dynamic and ambitious team at the Karlsruhe location, we are looking for you full-time (40 h) as a Senior Project Integration Manager (m/f/d).

• You will be responsible for the successful management and coordination of project management interfaces between individual sub-projects as well as the HSE, Engineering, and Supply Chain functions.
• You will implement and establish best practices in project management across all project phases, from planning and procurement to construction.
• You will support the Delivery Managers in implementing projects safely, professionally, on time, and within the agreed budget.
• Together with the Delivery Managers, you will ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, guidelines, and safety and quality requirements.
• You will transparently report on project progress and relevant milestones internally and externally as needed.
• You will support, accompany, and promote the members of the Project Execution Team through mentoring, coaching, and technical advice.

• You have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma) in plant engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have several years of professional experience in engineering, procurement, contract management, and project management, ideally in the upstream sector, plant construction, or with EPC projects.
• You possess sound technical expertise in project management as well as in the planning and execution of complex plant construction and infrastructure projects.
• You convince with fluent German and English skills as well as strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• You are characterized by strong team and communication skills, a confident demeanor, and professional interaction with various project stakeholders.
• You are proficient in common software applications and are willing to travel regularly to locations along the Upper Rhine Graben.
