POSITION OBJECTIVE: Coordinate the execution of the Annual Engineering Project, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize engineering projects. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. Coordinate the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on project timelines and resource availability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, procurement, and logistics. Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders. Coordinate the execution of projects that require collaboration with external partners, vendors, or contractors. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company goals, objectives, and priorities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Provide technical expertise to support business growth and development.
