Job description
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

- Manage all aspects of the construction execution from site preparations to build‑out, ensuring compliance with project timelines and specifications.
- Align construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems with construction plans and drawing designs.
- Prepare construction progress reports in accordance with contractual terms regarding time, cost, and quality.
- Document action items and follow‑ups from project meetings.
- Liaise with clients for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports, and maintain all required records at the sites.
- Drive safety and sustainability.
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience working on civil projects.
- Experience in building/mixed‑development projects is preferred.
- Must be technically inclined and possess excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Capable of working independently and possess strong interpersonal skills to coordinate between various disciplines and construction teams.
