Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Project Developer in Cape Town, WC.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the project pipeline to ensure balanced and de-risked portfolio
- Assist with business development, site and project acquisition.
- Accountable for conducting technical due diligence of green field and acquisition renewable energy projects.
- Actively manage and co-ordinate the evaluation of wind and solar resource and estimation of site energy yield to bankable standards with internal and external specialist(s).
- Manage the preparation of P-3, P-2, P-1 approvals and any other investment milestones that may be required
- Manage the project(s) budgets on the relevant tools
- Manage and maintain update of project databases for reporting purposes (ensure accuracy of project information - validate and verify)
- Adherence to the relevant health and safety protocols and regulations both on-site an in-office
- If required, manage HR functions for reportees
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in an environmental disciplines
- 5 years relevant experience
- Field of study: Environmental Management, Project Management
