Senior Project Controls Estimator Hybrid

Our core expertise is in Project Controls which includes Scheduling, Cost Controls, Document Management and Controls, Budget tracking and monitoring, Estimating, Risk Analysis, Claims avoidance and Mitigation, Change Management and Earned Value Management. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Controls Estimator Hybrid to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls, with experience in estimating, scheduling, cost control, and document management. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource leveling and critical path analysis. * Prepare and manage project budgets, including tracking and monitoring actual costs versus budgeted costs. * Conduct thorough cost estimates for projects, including development of detailed scope statements and identification of potential risks and opportunities. * Analyze and interpret project data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. * Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project schedules, budgets, and status reports. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. * Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities that may impact project timelines, costs, or overall success. * Provide expert-level support and guidance to project teams on project controls best practices and procedures. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in project controls, including estimating, scheduling, cost control, and document management. * Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * High level of professionalism and integrity.
