Senior Project Analyst
Job description
Development of architectural and urban planning projects in BIM, from conceptual to executive phases;
Conducting quantity takeoffs for budget plan preparation;
Techincal analysis and compatibilization of architecture projects and complementary projects (structural, installations etc.);
Following up and controlling the issuance of technical documents according to project schedules;
Participation in technical meetings for project support, providing assistance to the coordination team;
of technical documentation, such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets;
Integrated work with multidisciplinary teams on projects related to Architecture and Infrastructure.
