Job description

Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager for the Implementation Organization Benefits and Compensation (UHT). In this strategic interim assignment, you will work on a complex societal change task with significant administrative, organizational, and societal impact.

The central task of this position is to develop, shape, implement, and sustainably anchor the additional damage route and the future design of the objection processes within UHT. You will ensure coherence between policy, execution, processes, organizational design, and implementation.

You will lead a program with multiple interconnected projects and change initiatives. The program focuses on strengthening UHT's implementation capacity by developing new working methods, optimizing existing processes, and, where necessary, realizing supporting IT solutions. The goal is to support affected parents in a timely, careful, and appropriate manner.

In addition, you will fulfill an important political-administrative role. You operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, ensuring alignment between the executive board, management, staff departments, and operational teams.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Act as the figurehead of the program and functionally lead project and program teams.

  • Take charge of the coherence between sub-tasks and their connection to the receiving organization.

  • Develop the future design of the additional damage route and objection processes.

  • Translate sub-results into an integrated, future-proof, and executable organization and process model.

  • Develop a future vision for the processing of objections.

  • Elaborate proposals for, among other things, triage, treatment routes, multidisciplinary work, and administrative support.

  • Map capacity, personnel mix, roles, responsibilities, and competencies.

  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and preconditions.

  • Prepare strategic choices and decision-making for the client, management, and governance meetings.

  • Develop an implementation and transition approach and manage a controlled introduction.

  • Ensure sustainable embedding, transfer, and anchoring within the line organization.
