Senior Program Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• You lead company-wide strategic programs with high relevance – from the first concept to successful completion.
• Together with the Sr. Management, you define goals, budget, resources, and milestones and steer cross-functional teams from various departments.
• You ensure clear communication, recognize risks early on, and develop pragmatic solutions before they become problems.
• As a driving force: You push the development of PMO structures, processes, and tools.
• You bring your experience to effectively manage complex projects in agile and classical environments.

Qualifikation

• Abschlussstudium ((Wirtschafts-) Informatik or Ingenieurwesen).
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in IT, Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications and Network Technology, Medical Technology.
• Familiar with handling C-Level stakeholders and steering cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as analytical and structured thinking.
• Fluent in German (C2) and very good in English (at least B2).
• Will to work regularly on-site in Berlin (at least 3 days a week).

Pluspunkte

• Experience in the Mittelstand or management consulting (e.g., Inhouse Consulting, Chief of Staff, Board Assistant).
• Understanding of hardware/software development processes or digital transformation projects.
• Practical experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and classical PM frameworks.
