Senior Program Manager, Fulfillment Center

Description

We are looking for an innovative Senior Program Manager with analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This person will work with cross functional/cross country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL and tech to set up the processes for maintaining the configurations as well in driving improvements in existing fulfillment. The person will be directly responsible for senior leadership reviews on this program.

Key job responsibilities

Drive strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and delivery speed across the network;

Lead end-to-end program management for:

- Network infrastructure implementation;

- Transportation system configurations;

- Fulfillment center operations enhancement;

- New technology platforms and tools deployment;

- Performance dashboard development;

- Process improvement initiatives.

Oversee multiple cross-functional projects focused on cost reduction and operational excellence;

Manage project lifecycles from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines;

Coordinate with stakeholders to identify requirements, track milestones, and deliver measurable results.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience in program or project management

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- Bachelor's degree

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- Master's degree, or MBA in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field

- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
