As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at Gigamon, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality professional services to our customers, including consulting, design, implementation, and support of our solutions. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and implementing customized solutions that meet customer needs and expectations. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain solution documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles. • Providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels (phone, email, chat). • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge. • Participating in sales and marketing efforts as needed, including providing technical demonstrations and product briefings.
