Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for initiating and managing measures for the improvement, variation, further development, and targeted phase-out of existing products throughout their entire product lifecycle.
• You optimize the dishwashing process through the use of modern sensor technology and innovative chemical solutions – with the goal of achieving efficient, sustainable, and high-quality wash results.
• Monitoring and evaluating market, customer, and technology trends to derive strategic recommendations for action is also part of your area of responsibility.
• Your tasks include defining and further developing the product strategy in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Together with relevant departments and international partners, you will develop clear product requirements.
• You develop market launch strategies in collaboration with global and local marketing teams, including positioning and market support.

• A successfully completed Master's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable field forms the basis of your qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in an international environment.
• Experience in technical or industrial product business is advantageous.
• You are characterized by a goal-oriented, strategic, and structured way of working.
• You possess strong conceptual thinking skills as well as very good communication skills.
• Business fluent German and English skills, as well as international travel readiness (approx. 30%), complete your profile.
