• You will take over the responsibility for our product lines in the area of Brokerproducts (Liability, Household, Accident and Rent Guarantee) and develop them with a clear view for growth, customer benefit and innovation further.
• You bring colleagues from Product, Sales, Marketing, Tech, Claims and Operations together and ensure that good ideas become strong insurance solutions.
• You accompany your product line from the first idea to implementation and find new ways again and again to make it better, simpler and more successful.
• You dive deep into the needs of our sales partners and their customers and develop offers that create real added value.
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders together and translate market feedback, business goals and customer needs into concrete product decisions.
• You bring an agile, entrepreneurial approach with you, try things out and learn quickly from feedback

This is what you bring

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance field, ideally in product management, and bring a good sense for insurance products, markets and customers with you.
• You have already taken responsibility, for example for a team, an important topic or a product line, and know how to win people over for common goals.
• You communicate clearly, openly and on eye level in German and English and can bring together different perspectives well.
• You work independently, think ahead a few steps and enjoy bringing long-term goals into everyday life.
• You can structure complex topics well, make analyses understandable and take decisions with a mix of data, experience and healthy pragmatism.
• You have fun shaping an 8-year-old Insurtech together, questioning things and making insurance simpler and better with a diverse team.
