(Senior) Product Manager (m/w/d) in successful E-Commerce Company

You will have the unique opportunity on this position to shape all aspects of the product from product development, over marketing and shop management to business development, logistics, and customer communication. We understand Product Manager as "Entrepreneur within the company" with full effectiveness and responsibility for their own product area. The focus lies clearly on E-Commerce and Marketing.

Aufgaben

You will receive your own product area, which you will comprehensively be responsible for and take care of independently in all aspects. After an induction phase, you will be actively involved in the following areas, so that you can quickly assume responsibility that continues to increase. This allows you to fully exploit your potential and learn very quickly:

• Market and competitive analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new market opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
• Business Development & strategic product development: Shape the entire product lifecycle from idea generation, concept, pricing, and launch in the shop.
• Marketing: Coordinate and oversee our marketing activities to continuously optimize brand presence and user experience. This includes our shop systems, marketplaces, and all important online marketing disciplines, such as SEA, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing.
• Stakeholder management: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation.

You will have the experienced colleagues within auguma digital, as well as some of the best freelancers and agencies in their respective fields at your side.

Qualification

• You have successfully completed a business studies degree at a very good university with above-average results.
• You have at least two, preferably many more years of professional experience in the relevant job areas, ideally in marketing, product management, E-Commerce, or startups.
• You identify with your work and go about your tasks extremely motivated and engaged.
• You confidently approach business partners, are reliable, loyal, and constructively critical.
• You have a very high quality standard for your work and can independently familiarize yourself with topics.
