To strengthen our Product Management team, we are looking for you as a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) full-time, starting as soon as possible.

Here's how you contribute:

• You strategically manage and develop your product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle – with a focus on brand building, positioning, and sustainable growth
• You are responsible for new product launches end-to-end, working closely with Medical, Sales, and Regulatory departments
• You develop target group and market-oriented marketing and sales materials and manage external agencies
• You are responsible for the packaging design in the Dr. Loges design, actively shaping the brand presence in the market
• You are responsible for the revenue and sales planning of your products
• You use forecasts, budget planning, and market analyses to identify growth potentials, derive decisions, and actively manage the performance of your products
• You develop sales force training and presentations and represent the brand at congresses and trade fairs

What you bring:

• Completed university degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in strategic product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, OTC, or FMCG sector
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Teamwork skills and experience working in interdisciplinary interfaces
• Very good German language skills as well as confident use of MS Office and common tools
• Interest in numbers, market analyses, and economic contexts
