This is what you can expect:

• Implementation of market analyses and competitor observations in the European target market.

• Evaluation of customer feedback, approval rates, sales, and margin key figures.

• Preparation of business plans, development of price strategies, and sales concepts.

• Factual responsibility as a Product Owner in product development projects.

• Control of budget, costs, deadlines, and market launches for new products.

• Development of marketing and sales materials in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.

• Monitoring of product quality and economic efficiency throughout the entire product lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, certain professional and personal requirements are helpful. The following requirements give you an overview of which experiences and characteristics are beneficial for this position.

What you should bring:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering or comparable technical discipline.

• At least five years of experience in product management for technical series products in the B2B sector.

• Very good English language skills in writing and speaking.

• In-depth knowledge of the product lifecycle management from market analysis to market launch.

• Safe handling of business planning, cost calculation, and margin control.

• Experience in managing interdisciplinary projects, ideally with agile methods or Stage-Gate processes.

• Understanding of market positioning, sales processes, and cross-channel go-to-market concepts.
