(Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for the product roadmap and translate our product strategy into prioritized, transparently communicated planning – including agile adjustments when market or customer needs change.
• You conduct product discovery and are the central point of contact for customers, sales, and customer success: you synthesize feedback from support, idea management, and the market and use our AI tools to evaluate signals faster.
• You prioritize features and improvements, make well-reasoned trade-off decisions, and are responsible for our idea management.
• You define requirements at the problem level – you formulate user stories and the general framework (the what and why), while the detailed technical elaboration is done jointly with the team.
• You develop and optimize our product processes, coordinate teams and tickets throughout their lifecycle, and keep changelogs and documentation up-to-date – writing tickets is part of this, but not your main task.
• You actively drive our AI First Culture forward: you use AI tools like Claude for research, edge case analyses, and conception, share best practices, and help the team work smarter.

• You have several years of experience in product management, ideally in the B2B SaaS environment – you have been responsible for products or features from idea to release and have experience in setting up and improving product and development processes.
• You can assess feasibility and speak on equal terms with the development team. Experience in the GRC, compliance, or security environment is an additional plus.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly and feel equally comfortable coordinating with customers, development, sales, and management.
• You are eager to help shape our AI First Culture – you try out new AI tools, critically evaluate their output, and integrate them meaningfully into your daily work.
• You bring a collaborative leadership style and a genuine desire to shape things.
• You are fluent in German and English.
