As a Senior Product Manager, you will take responsibility for our Discharge Manager, set the right priorities, and ensure that ideas are transformed into digital solutions with real added value for our users and our company. The transition from hospital to home often determines how a person's life continues. We digitally connect clinics with the providers in their region and make discharge and transition processes as fast, efficient, and legally compliant as they should be. As one of the leading providers of digital solutions in the care and healthcare sector, we are continuously developing our product and actively driving the digitalization of cross-sector care. You will work on a product of high relevance to our customers and with a visible impact on the company's success.

• You will actively participate in the further development of our product strategy and derive the product roadmap, product backlog, and prioritization of new requirements from it. You will consistently orient yourself towards user needs, company goals, and the greatest possible added value for our customers.
• You will identify new product potentials through product discovery, validate new product ideas early on, and develop prototypes and pilot solutions together with customers. You will then transform successful approaches into scalable product solutions.
• You will understand the daily reality of discharge in detail – from conversations with social services and case managers, from usage data, and from what your customers tell you about their bottlenecks – and translate this into product solutions that noticeably relieve the process.
• You will prioritize requirements based on data, refine functional requirements, and accompany their implementation together with our development team until successful release.
• You will use KPIs, usage data, and customer feedback to evaluate the success of our product and make informed decisions for its continuous further development.

• You have several years of experience as a Product Manager and have successfully developed digital products with a high degree of personal responsibility throughout the entire product lifecycle – ideally in a complex B2B environment with long implementation cycles.
• You have experience with product discovery and data-driven product development and know how to gain reliable insights even from customer conversations conducted primarily remotely.
• You quickly familiarize yourself with regulatory frameworks and see them as a space for design, not as an obstacle. Knowledge of discharge management according to § 39 SGB V or in a hospital environment is a clear advantage.
• You have an understanding of how software is introduced in an organization where many professional groups work together – and how product decisions influence user acceptance.
• You have experience in identifying the potential of artificial intelligence for digital products and translating it into user-oriented functions, processes, or product innovations.
• You work analytically, think entrepreneurially, and make sound decisions even when not all information is complete.
• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification forms a good foundation. However, your experience, your working style, and your demonstrable successes in product management are more decisive for us.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
