(Senior) Production Controller (m/w/d) - Factory and Cost Controlling (m/w/d)

In the name of a successful, producing company from a future-oriented industry, we are looking for a (Senior) Production Controller (m/w/d) to strengthen the controlling team at a production site in the Jena metropolitan area. In this central function, you will be responsible for steering and analyzing costs, production key figures, and financial statements, and thus make a significant contribution to transparency and decision-making in the operational environment.

Tasks

• Collection, analysis, and monitoring of material and manufacturing costs
• Implementation of standard and deviation analyses
• Preparation and presentation of regular performance and production reports
• Compilation and analysis of relevant production and control key figures
• Calculation of product and process costs, as well as maintenance of material and product costs
• Support in investment decisions and financial calculations

Qualification

• Degree in economics or comparable qualification in the finance or controlling field
• First professional experience in controlling a producing company, preferably from the chemical industry or food sector
• Excellent analytical skills and structured, independent working style
• High level of self-initiative and assertiveness
• Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of SAP and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
• Very good German language skills (fluent) and good English language skills
