Senior Product Manager (m/w/d)

About the Position

As a Senior Product Manager (m/w/d) at Bridgemaker, you will work strategically and operationally. You will coordinate and build digital products that did not exist before. You will decide on the 'what' (Problem Solution Fit) and the 'how' (which Tech-Stack) to what extent (Scoping of PoC, Prototype, and MVP). You will develop yourself operationally (in our AI Toolstack) and in later project phases with our developer team digital products for and our customers – from the hidden champion of the Mittelstand to a private equity firm.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner; ideally in an agency or as a freelancer
• You can justify why you decide on a specific process. That is more important to us than the actual tool selection
• Ai Tools/Pipelines are part of your toolkit
• You can explain concepts so that all stakeholders understand them
• Linguistic skills in German (C2) and English (C1)

Scope of Duties

Strategically

• You are involved from the start with our projects; at Bridgemaker, nothing is 'thrown over the fence': With product roadmaps and prioritizations, your professional perspective is valued and required
• Ai will be used where it brings real added value, not just because it's currently trendy, in the product itself and in your working methods

Operationally

• Taking on customer processes, building user journeys, and creating roadmaps
• Using Ai UX Tools and vibe-coding where it makes sense. We are leading with our pipeline and our experiences, which we also offer externally in workshops and seminars
• As a Senior, you can also lead interdisciplinarily project teams
