Senior Production Technician (m/f/x)
Job description
As a Senior Production Technician (m/f/x), you will be responsible for independently carrying out complex assembly and manufacturing tasks in compliance with quality, safety, and production standards. Furthermore, through technical expertise, continuous process improvements, and the support and technical guidance of Technicians, the position contributes to an efficient and smooth production process.
Your Tasks:
- Carrying out complex assembly work in compliance with quality, safety, and production standards
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems in the assembly process to ensure high product quality
- Active participation in CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) and Lean initiatives as well as contributing suggestions for improvement
- Ensuring a clean, structured, and efficient work area in accordance with 5S and Lean principles
- Supporting material flow and inventory management to ensure a smooth production process
- Technical support and onboarding of Technicians as needed
Requirements
- Technical training in the field of electronics or equivalent
- Several years of experience in optoelectronics, ideally at least 5 years
- Knowledge in assembly, adjustment, and error analysis of technical systems
- Experience with quality standards as well as Lean, CIP, and 5S methods
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working as well as teamwork skills
