Senior Production Support Analyst – Wealth Management Systems

Location: Singapore



Role Overview

As a Senior Production Support Analyst, you will ensure high availability, operational resilience, and seamless functionality across critical financial platforms, providing high-tier support and driving continuous system improvements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-tier production support for core wealth applications, driving root-cause analysis (RCA) and resolving complex technical issues within target SLAs.
  • Oversee release deployment processes, validate application bug fixes, and maintain strict adherence to ITIL-driven change management guidelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business teams, internal engineering groups, and third-party vendors to resolve critical defects and optimize system performance.
  • Support annual Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, Business Continuity Management (BCM) planning, and infrastructure upgrades to maintain operational stability.
  • Analyze incident trends to implement proactive, preventive measures and lead targeted system enhancement initiatives.
  • Maintain complete documentation of issues, resolutions, and operational procedures for ongoing service improvement.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in financial technology support.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a Financial Institution with hands-on application management experience, preferably in the Private Banking / Wealth Management business
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems, Perl or Shell scripting, and enterprise databases (Oracle, MSSQL, or Sybase).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise workload automation tools such as BMC Control-M.
  • Strong practical understanding of Temenos TripleA / Odyssey suites or comparable enterprise wealth management platforms.
  • Proven experience navigating structured ITIL environments across Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder communication capabilities.
