Senior Production Service Manager

JD: Sr. Production Services Manager Our client is a global financial services group with an integrated network spanning approximately 30 countries and regions. By connecting markets East & West, they services the needs of individuals, institutions, corporates and governments through its three business divisions: Wealth Management, Investment Management, and Wholesale (Global Markets and Investment Banking). Responsibility You will be part of leadership team to provide Production Services Support to the global financial services group, ensuring that all production services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This includes managing and coordinating with various teams across the organization, including IT, Operations, and other support functions. Key responsibilities include: • Providing strategic guidance on production services to senior management and stakeholders; • Developing and implementing processes and procedures for production services delivery; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs; • Managing and resolving conflicts or issues related to production services delivery; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management); • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role providing production services support; • Strong understanding of financial markets and regulations; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Experience working in a global organization or with international teams.
