Senior Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Specialist to drive product adoption and deliver meaningful outcomes across healthcare accounts. In this role, you will engage with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and institutional clients, using data-driven insights to inform your strategy and maximize impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, optimize sales performance, and support medical service initiatives. Accountabilities

• Drive sales and adoption of priority products across healthcare and hospital networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals.
• Manage institutional access, government tenders, and empanelment processes.
• Ensure product availability and support stock management, repurchase cycles, and distribution.
• Generate demand through targeted engagement with doctors, medical teams, and trade channels.
• Collaborate with hospitals for medical service activation and account management.
• Use data insights to plan territory actions, monitor performance, and optimize sales results.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer support and product information.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned territory, healthcare landscape, and customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or pharmacy (B.Sc or B.Pharma).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver value to customers.
• Experience in oncology or with oncology-focused healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with therapeutic product portfolios and patient-centric engagement strategies is a plus.
