We are a modern e-commerce division and are responsible within the IONOS Group for the international website presence of currently seven brands and thus one of our company's most important sales channels. We work both in agile, cross-functional, and interdisciplinary teams as well as in combination with agile project management for larger, complex initiatives and projects.

Aufgabenbereich

• As Product Owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a product area of our websites and online shops and/or for a brand of the IONOS Group, together with functionally overlapping experts.
• You will take on responsibility for conversion rate analysis and interpretation of user flows on the portal and in the checkout funnel.
• You will conduct continuous success control of key website and online shop KPIs. You will also prepare reports for management.
• You will create and prioritize your backlog with improvements based on user feedback, business goals, and market insights, and align this with stakeholders.
• You will perform methodical analyses, such as market and competitive assessments, to identify user needs, trends, and opportunities for further development.
• You understand how to translate complex user and business requirements from various stakeholders within the company into seamless workflows and concept ideas.
• You will work closely in cross-functional teams and coordinate with all relevant interfaces (development, technology, agencies, product management, product marketing, sales, customer service, etc.).
• You are familiar with current UX design trends and are interested in innovative concepts. You understand how to communicate new ideas and concepts within the team and among our stakeholders.

• You are skilled in dealing with stakeholders as well as creating epics and User Stories and prioritizing the product backlog.

• You have a passion for digital innovation and a strong interest in new technologies and trends.
• The ability to be successful in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements is essential. Personal qualities that characterize you include quality awareness, performance willingness, and self-initiative.
• You enjoy technical topics and digital products.
• You are familiar with tools like G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Atlassian JIRA or Confluence.
• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
