(Senior) Product Owner (m/f/d) Digital Products

In this role, you will take responsibility for the further development of a scalable digital platform and actively shape the future of our products.

You will work at the interface of business, UX/UI, and technology, ensuring that requirements are transformed into user-centric, economically successful, and technically sustainable product solutions.

Together with development teams, stakeholders, and product management, you will drive implementation, prioritize the right topics, and create clarity in complex issues.

Requirements

🚀 Your Scope of Action:

• You are responsible for the further development of our digital platform and significantly shape its future direction.
• You identify optimization potentials, develop solution approaches together with stakeholders, and accompany them through to implementation.
• You translate business requirements into understandable and actionable product requirements.
• You set strategic priorities, considering user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• You are responsible for the product backlog as a central control instrument for the implementation of our product strategy.
• You work closely with development, UX/UI, and product management, bringing different perspectives together to form a common solution.
• You drive the further development of central product features and initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• You ensure that product quality, user experience, and economic benefit are equally considered.

💫 Your Know-How:

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, IT Project Manager, or technically affine Product Manager, or in a comparable role in the digital product environment.
• Passion for digital products and their continuous further development.
• A fundamental technical understanding as well as the ability to collaborate with development teams on an equal footing.
• Experience in structuring complex requirements and prioritizing product initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methods and common product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
