Senior Product Owner (m/w/d) Digital-Health

Digital health solutions are changing how people are cared for – securely, user-centered, and evidence-based. As a Senior Product Owner (m/w/d), you will lead our digital health products from the first idea to release and ensure that complex requirements result in functional medical or prevention products with real impact. You will work closely with customers, design, development, QA, and project management together, take ownership of concept, prioritization, and product strategy, and shape our internal product management standards actively.

Aufgaben

• You develop a digital product from the first idea to market readiness together with customers and an interdisciplinary team – from discovery through conception to implementation.
• You plan and moderate self-study workshops and formulate clear requirements and product decisions based on these.
• You develop user-specific solutions using wireframes and validate them, for example, through user interviews and usability tests.
• You formulate epics and user stories, define testable acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, estimate effort together with the development team, make deliveries, and accompany implementation.
• You coordinate the design and software architecture in agreement with customers and other stakeholders.
• You plan and accompany live events and are responsible for store releases.
• You document the feature scope according to regulatory requirements in accordance with ISO 13485 / IEC 62304.
• You bring yourself beyond individual projects, develop methods, processes, and our internal product management practice further, set KI tools at relevant points in your work, share knowledge, and think actively about interfaces and structures.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience (at least 3 years) in agile product development of digital solutions – ideally as a product manager/product owner/UI/UX designer/concepter, preferably in the Digital Health environment.
• Experience in the regulated field (e.g. digital health applications, medical devices, ISO 13485 / IEC 62304) is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You have very good knowledge of UX-related methods such as design thinking, user interviews or discovery formats.
• You analyze problems structuredly, derive clear requirements from them, and develop sustainable concepts and solution approaches.
• You have a very good technical understanding and preferably experience in integrating AI technologies meaningfully into products.
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to represent decisions, lead stakeholders, and bring together different perspectives.
• In addition to technical aspects, you also consider economic aspects and are not afraid of project management controlling.
• You feel well in a dynamic environment.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
