Senior Product Owner (m/w/d) AI-assisted Software Engineering

As Product Owner (m/w/d), you will work on projects for our customers at the interface between expertise, technology and quality. You are internally rooted in Requirements Engineering and work closely with DevAgile teams, our KI team, project leaders and customer stakeholders.

In addition to project work, you will actively bring your expertise into Presales activities, workshops and offers and contribute to positioning QualityMinds as a pioneer in AI-assisted software engineering.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme der Product‑Owner‑Rolle in agilen Softwareprojekten.
• Entwicklung und Verantwortung für Produktvision, Roadmap und Product Backlog.
• Strukturierte Erhebung, Priorisierung und Qualifizierung von Anforderungen mit Fokus auf Geschäftswert und Testbarkeit.
• Formulierung hochwertiger User Stories, Epics und Akzeptanzkriterien.
• Aktive Gestaltung von Sprint Plannings, Refinements und Reviews.
• Sicherstellung des klaren Verständnisses von Problemraum („Was & Warum“)
• Strategischer und verantwortungsvoller Einsatz von KI‑Tools im Requirements Engineering (Analyse, Priorisierung, Qualitätssicherung)
• Beratung von Kund:innen zur nachhaltigen Integration von KI im PO‑Kontext.
• Weiterentwicklung der internen und externen KI‑ und RE‑Kompetenz.
• Durchführung von Workshops, Coachings und Schulungen.
• Fachliche Repräsentation von QualityMinds in Presales, Fachartikeln und Vorträgen.

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Product Owner, Requirements Engineer oder Business Analyst.
• Tiefe Expertise in Scrum, Kanban und professionellem Requirements Engineering.
• Praxiserfahrung im Einsatz von KI‑Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Jira, Atlassian Intelligence).
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Qualität, Testbarkeit und Wertorientierung.
• Souveränes Stakeholder‑Management auf Fach‑ und Managementebene.
• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse.
