Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) - Digital Health Solutions

This position is targeted at candidates with more than 3 years of professional experience.

The salary range lies between 80,000 € and 95,000 € gross annually.

Work Model: Full-time, Remote Work + 1 to 4 mandatory presence days per year in Kiel (travel expenses will be covered)

Holiday: 30 days plus additional benefits (see below)

Muxon is a small, internationally active staffing agency and is conducting this search on behalf of our partner, a well-established German company in the Healthcare Technology sector, which develops software and digital solutions for therapy providers to manage their practices more efficiently.

The company was founded over three decades ago and combines long-term stability with a modern, remote-first work culture and agile product development. As part of the ongoing growth, the organization is seeking a Product Owner who will shape the further development of innovative digital health products used by professionals across Germany.

Tasks

• Continuous development and refinement of the product vision and strategy for digital health solutions
• Independent maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog, as well as requirements management
• Tight collaboration with the development team to ensure a smooth agile workflow
• Stakeholder communication and feedback gathering to align product orientation and roadmap
• Making market-oriented and user-centered product decisions, incorporating UX insights and data analysis
• Supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement measures

Qualification

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable product-focused role in the digital environment
• Fundamental experience with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Practical experience with tools like Jira, GitLab, and Confluence
• Excellent communication and moderation skills in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Analytical thinking and data-driven approach to measuring product success
• German language skills at C1 level and residence in Germany
• English language skills are an asset
