A technical Product Owner / Manager with experience in data platforms or AdTech or Martech projects. Responsibilities: creating the vision and roadmap for the data platform translating business needs into functional requirements for the platform (backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria) managing the data segments catalog, naming standards, pricing logic, and segment publication (key area) developing Data Clean Room, making decisions regarding tool selection and vendor evaluation collaborating with the Data Engineering team defining standards for measuring effectiveness and data usage principles in accordance with privacy requirements ensuring process compliance with GDPR presenting progress, risks, and recommendations to management Requirements: minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager experience with Data, Martech, or AdTech products knowledge of CDP and audience segmentation, Identity Resolution (audience/segmentation - key area) knowledge of programmatic systems and Meta CAPI and Google Customer Match tools very good knowledge of GDPR / RODO in the area of data management practical knowledge of SQL and BigQuery experience with Data Clean Room (ADH, AMC, BigQuery DCR, InfoSum, LiveRamp, or similar) experience in managing projects with managerial staff (C-Level / Steering Committee) knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and creating User Stories with acceptance criteria communicative knowledge of Polish and English (min.
