Your Tasks

As a Senior Product Manager:in, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to further develop and continuously improve our social network nebenan.de.

• Taking over end-to-end responsibility for a product area – from problem identification to solution development, delivery, and measurement of effects
• Defining, steering, and continuously developing an outcome-oriented, data-driven product roadmap in line with the company's OKRs
• Using qualitative and quantitative insights to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into clear product opportunities.
• Making data-based decisions by defining key performance indicators, evaluating the impact, and iterating based on gained knowledge.
• Closely collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize effective initiatives while maintaining our user-centered approach.
• Filling a strong product leadership role in the team through fostering experimentation, clear prioritization, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product management with responsibility for complex product areas.
• Experience in user-centered design and agile methods, with a clear focus on balancing company goals and user satisfaction.
• Outstanding analytical skills and confidence in handling data for decision-making and performance measurement.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to align different teams towards common goals.
• A passion for creating meaningful connections in urban communities while promoting sustainable business growth.
• Safe operation in a dynamic startup environment with a hands-on and ownership-driven work style
