Senior Product Manager/in (100% Remote)

We develop apps for Merchants on Shopify. As our strategy, design, and development team needs support. And that's you. As a Senior Product Manager, you coordinate requirements, concept, and implementation.

Tasks

• Customer interaction: Close contact with customers to strengthen the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
• Growth push: Drive product-led growth through customer-oriented features and feedback.
• Interface: between Strategy, Design, and Development
• Feedback gathering: Proactively ask existing customers about improvements and wishes.
• Customer support: Handle inquiries via Slack and Intercom.
• Documentation management: Keep and improve Intercom documentation and Help Desk.

Qualification

• b integration: several years of experience with Software / SAAS / Product Management
• Level: very experienced to expert
• Skills: Communication, Sales, Conceptualization, Empathy
• Education/Study: is secondary. What's important is what you can do today
• Languages: German native & English fluent
