Our client defines the future of women's health anew. We're not talking about a small digital add-on project. We're talking about the strategic expansion of a highly profitable portfolio. The goal is called Therapy Bridging. We'll bring a digital healthcare application to market. This will close the glaring gap between diagnosis and medication therapy. That's no short-term project for investors. That's the long-term strategy of a sustainably operating market leader.

Tasks

You won't take over a pre-made position. You'll build it up. And you'll do that with the safety net of an established family-owned company behind you.

• LAUNCH ARCHITECTURE: You're responsible for the complete Launch Excellence for the market launch in the second quarter. You plan sales, steer the budget, and define target groups.
• OMNICHANNEL COMMUNICATION: You'll play the entire keyboard of modern marketing. You'll convince specialist doctors of prescription. At the same time, you'll reach patients directly through modern channels like Social Media or App Store Marketing.
• REGULATORY SAFETY: You'll move absolutely safely within the pharmaceutical advertising law. You'll work closely with the Medical Advisor. Together, you'll ensure that every innovative message is legally safe and compliant.

Qualification

We're looking for a hybrid. We need solid life sciences knowledge paired with digital curiosity.

• Substance: You've completed a natural science degree or hold the status of a certified pharmaceutical expert according to § 75 AMG (can be acquired on the job afterwards)
• Experience: You bring solid experience in pharmaceutical product management. Ideally, you've already successfully launched a product onto the market.
• Mindset: You don't have to have already launched a DiGA. But you think digitally. You may have already marketed smart medical technology or networked sensors. You want to shape things.
