Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) - Billing & ERP

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) - Billing & ERP for our software solution ginisuite, our ERP/PVS for occupational medicine and safety. The role can be performed remotely in Germany or hybrid from Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for the further development of central business modules of our ginisuite with a focus on contracts, accounting, time tracking, and bookkeeping. You will work closely with the development team, relevant stakeholders in management, and our subsidiaries, and you will guide topics from technical requirements analysis, through translation into user stories and tickets, to QA, release, data migration, and rollout.

Your Tasks:

  • Product Responsibility for Billing & ERP

    • Ownership for the business modules contracts, accounting, time tracking, and bookkeeping within our self-developed software solution

    • Evaluation and further development of operational processes and standards with a focus on billing and contract management

    • Identification of business improvement potentials and their transformation into effective product requirements

  • Requirements, Implementation & Rollout

    • Analysis of business requirements and translation into clear user stories and tickets, as well as accompanying the implementation by the development team

    • Hands-on support throughout the development process, including QA and release

    • Support with data migrations as well as accompanying rollouts

  • Close Collaboration with:

    • the Lead PM as well as the CTO and other relevant stakeholders in management

    • our subsidiaries to gather business requirements and operational needs

    • the development team on implementation, testing, and further development

    • internal and external partners, e.g., the Data Warehouse team.

Your Starting Prerequisites:

  • What you bring:

    • Demonstrable professional experience in product management, preferably with a focus on accounting, ERP, billing, or comparable B2B software solutions

    • Strong willingness to take ownership of complex business modules and to hands-on accompany the development process

    • Experience in translating business requirements into actionable user stories, tickets, and product improvements

    • Technical experience in the areas of data migration, data analysis, and software development

    • High degree of self-responsibility, structural strength, and a strong ownership mindset

    • Very good German and English skills, as well as willingness for occasional business trips (approx. 20%)

  • What helps you succeed faster:

    • Experience in SaaS, platform, or ERP-related environments, as well as in technically demanding product landscapes, e.g., with cloud-based platforms, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems

    • Understanding of software architecture, microservices, or container-based system landscapes

    • Experience in dealing with legacy systems and migrations, especially in the context of the tension between existing systems and new product generations

    • Understanding of operational processes in a multi-entity, buy-and-build, or rapidly growing corporate environment

    • Knowledge in the areas of Occupational Health & Safety, occupational medicine, or work safety, or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with this environment

  • Shaping a Scalable Product and ERP Landscape: From contracts, accounting, time tracking, and bookkeeping, through user stories, QA, and release, to data migration and rollout, you will contribute to central product initiatives of our buy-and-build strategy.
