Senior Product Manager - Wise Platform Issuing

We’ve built a high-scale cross-border platform that processes billions in volume across 70+ countries, and we’re now bringing that infrastructure to banks, fintechs, and global platforms through Wise Platform, our enterprise offering.

We’re now looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help us expand and scale Wise Platform Issuing — our global card infrastructure product.

Since 2018, we’ve been building and operating our own card issuing and processing stack — the same infrastructure we now offer to our partners. We’ve processed over £80B in card spend globally, launched millions of cards, and are Principal members with both Visa and Mastercard. This infrastructure has powered launches with industry leaders like Nubank in Brazil and Tiger Brokers in Singapore.

Wise Platform Issuing is not just a feature — it’s a foundational capability that enables partners to embed Wise’s global money movement tools (cards, accounts, FX, transfers) directly into their own apps and platforms, under their brand, and with our global reach.

We’re looking for a product manager with deep fintech experience — especially in card payments, issuing, network integrations, or scaling financial infrastructure — to help us take Wise Platform Issuing to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to build a category-defining product at global scale, backed by the engineering strength and mission of Wise Platform.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the strategy, execution, and growth of Wise Platform Issuing globally with a strong focus on scale, resilience, and partner success
• Deliver on the strategy and KPIs by prioritising the most impactful projects that move the needle on a quarterly basis
• Go beyond the traditional boundaries of a product manager to help deliver faster, whether it’s owning your product’s compliance risk, helping unblock technical issues, or analysing data yourself where necessary
• Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and partner teams to deliver mission-critical infrastructure
• Deeply understand partner needs and translate them into scalable product capabilities
• Shape the future of embedded finance by enabling global platforms to issue cards and move money natively across borders
