Senior Product Manager, Trauma

Stryker is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, Trauma to lead product marketing activities for the Trauma portfolio in Italy. This is a senior, standalone role with full responsibility for translating global marketing strategy into effective local execution, working closely with commercial and cross-functional teams. This position offers the opportunity to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level , shaping go-to-market strategies, supporting key product launches, and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Italian market and be able to develop and execute marketing plans that meet local needs and priorities. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing marketing plans for Trauma products in Italy, aligned with global strategies; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and go-to-market strategies; • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams; • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions; • Developing and managing budgets for marketing initiatives; • Providing input on product development and innovation to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in product management, with experience in the medical device industry or a related field. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
