Senior Product Manager - Talentware

Talentware is born in 2023 within the Venture Studio of Bain & Company and has a clear mission: revolutionize Talent Management using Artificial Intelligence.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is not afraid to get their hands dirty with data and knows how to speak the language of Machine Learning, to guide the evolution of a SaaS platform that maps skills and careers intelligently.

You will enter a high-speed team, founded by ex-Bain, where innovation is the driving force. Their product uses GenAI to analyze competencies and suggest personalized career paths.

They need a PM who takes the helm of the AI roadmap, working closely with the founders and technical team.

Your goal will be to transform strategic vision into real and scalable features. Specifically:

• Vision & Roadmap: Define the direction of AI-powered functionalities, ensuring they solve real users' problems.
• Hands-on with AI: Conceptualize, launch, and optimize feature-based ML and GenAI models, managing rapid iteration cycles.
• Orchestration: You will be the point of contact between Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Marketing. Discuss model metrics with Data Scientists and Go-to-Market strategies with business.
• Impact: Define success metrics to guide prioritization and measure the impact of your choices.
  

Requirements

This position is not for everyone. To be presented at Talentware, you must have:

• Solid Experience: You have already built, launched, and scaled digital products (preferably B2B SaaS).
• AI Fluency: You understand how Generative AI and Machine Learning work. You know the limits, applications, and how to evaluate a model's performance.
• Data Mindset: You are comfortable with analytics and quantitative methods. Your decisions are based on numbers, not (just) instinct.
• Communication: You can explain complex concepts simply and speak excellent English (you will work in an international context).
• Execution: You have an entrepreneurial approach. See a complex problem? Break it down and solve it.
