Senior Product Manager Service Subscriptions (m/f/d)

...as a Senior Product Manager Aftersales Subscriptions (m/f/d). You will take over product responsibility for our service and maintenance subscriptions. Your focus will be on developing the portfolio from the tariff structure and scope of services to pricing, in such a way that it offers clear added value for our customers and, at the same time, creates recurring revenue and a profitable aftersales business.

• taking end-to-end responsibility for our service and maintenance portfolio: from tariff levels and service promises to service levels and the distinction between included and separately charged services
• building and defending the economic foundation of the product: defining tariff structure, prices, contribution margin, cost per contract, provisions, break-even, indexing, and cancellation logic, as well as deciding on the essential components of the product as a make-or-buy decision, from long-term security to billing and tooling
• bringing the subscription from the previous aftersales process into the moment of offer and equipping sales and service with arguments, materials, and clear processes
• developing contracts, terms, and customer texts together with Legal and external consultants, which are robust even in detail
• defining requirements for checkout, CRM, contract data model, authorization logic, billing, and dunning, migrating existing contracts, and further developing the product

• Completed degree: ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field. A different career path with relevant practical experience is also welcome.
• Product Ownership: At least five years of professional experience, with at least three years in product management of a commercially responsible subscription, service, or contract product. You have set prices, managed margins, and seen the consequences of your decisions in churn, claims, or service costs.
• Commercial & Quantitative Depth: You develop and review business cases yourself. You recognize which assumption can tip the model and derive clear decisions from it.
• AI-First: You use AI and low-code tools to build prototypes, automations, and initial solutions yourself. At the same time, you know at which point real engineering capacity is needed.
• Contractual Understanding: You work precisely with Legal and external consultants and recognize early on which commercial idea needs to be adapted legally or regulatorily.
• Working Method: You go into the service organization, read claims and service data, and talk to the people who execute the product in everyday life. Even when there is opposition, you maintain a reasoned position and change it if the facts demand it.
• Very good German language skills at C1 level at least and good English language skills at B2 level at least

• The gross annual salary for this position starts from €80,000 to €92,000*
