Senior Product Manager - Salesforce & Internal Enablement (all genders)
Job description
Tasks
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Senior Product Manager to strengthen our product team and enhance Aroundhome's central business processes for our next phase of growth.
Aroundhome is Germany's leading platform for home projects, connecting thousands of homeowners with suitable local tradespeople. The Internal Enablement Team is responsible for the central CRM and operational infrastructure – primarily based on Salesforce – which drives our sales teams and, in the future, customer care. By translating established legacy setups into an automated, scalable platform, you will create the foundation for our business growth and a seamless partner experience.
At Aroundhome, Product Managers play a central role in shaping platform success. We work in a domain-based model where each cross-functional product team holds full responsibility for a clearly defined part of the platform. This structure promotes close collaboration and ensures that expertise for continuous product discovery and iterative optimization lies directly within the respective domain.
As a Senior Product Manager for Internal Enablement, you will turn our growth objectives into a roadmap for a modern, operational system landscape. You will focus on automation, consistent data, and seamlessly integrated core tools to sustainably ensure the scalability of our platform.
- As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and manage a strategic product roadmap that translates our growth objectives into a modern, future-proof Salesforce ecosystem.
- You will combine user research, process analysis, and quantitative data to identify the root causes of problems and systematically validate impactful potentials.
- You will question existing workflows to create reusable system components, clean data flows, and clear system boundaries between Salesforce and connected tools.
- You will make evidence-based decisions for prioritizing your backlog, consistently focusing on business growth and operational scalability.
- You will work closely with Salesforce Architects, Salesforce Administrators, Data Experts, and Software Developers to manage the product lifecycle and deliver quickly testable, incremental value.
- You will coordinate closely with the Sales and Operations departments and actively support the teams through training, change management, and the introduction of new processes.
- You will manage your initiatives through clear success metrics and drive the adoption of smart AI tools to continuously optimize processes and work results.
Requirements
- You have demonstrable success as a Senior Product Manager in managing comprehensive CRM transformations and possess deep, practical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (relevant certifications are a plus).
- You have sound knowledge in Continuous Product Discovery and the ability to translate overarching company goals into measurable, results-oriented KPIs.
- You bring a very good understanding of system architectures, data synchronization, and API-based interfaces between Salesforce and connected systems.
- You possess excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage interface teams and drive the successful implementation of new features and workflows at all levels.
- You have practical experience in using AI tools in your daily work (e.g., for research, technical analysis, or prototyping) to increase efficiency and innovation.
- You have a C1 level proficiency in spoken and written German and English for seamless collaboration with international tech teams and local operational departments.
