(Senior) Product Manager / Product Owner (m/w/d) - Remote

As Product Manager with PO Responsibility, you are the central driver for implementing our product vision into real, user-relevant features. You work closely with Development, UX, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Management to ensure that ideas are structured, efficient, and prioritized clearly. Together with a second PM, you are responsible for our entire product and bring both strategic and operational skills.

Tasks

• End-to-End Responsibility for the feature realization process: from idea to live deployment
• Prioritization of the Backlog based on business goals, user feedback & technical feasibility
• Maintenance and Structuring of the Backlog, including acceptance criteria & estimates
• Roadmap Development and Quarterly Planning
• Organization and Moderation of all Scrum Rituals: Sprint Plannings, Reviews, Retros, Dailys
• Communication and Alignment with all stakeholders – internal & external
• Participation in User Feedback Rounds & Sales Meetings, translation into Stories & Epics
• Definition and further development of relevant Product KPIs
• Closely Collaborate with UX Research, Engineering, and the CPO

Qualification

• You bring relevant professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile tech environment
• Familiarity with product development processes (Scrum/Kanban)
• Your excellent communication and moderation skills set you apart
• You bring a good understanding of technical connections & user-centeredness
• In addition, you are experienced in product metrics and data-based prioritization
• Your inner motivation to actively shape a product, rather than just managing it, drives you forward
• You have already gained relevant experience in handling tools like Jira, GitLab or Figma
