Senior Product Manager / Product Lead - AI & Agentic Workflows (m/w/d)

As Product Lead, you shape the technological DNA of our agency decisively, build your own team, and lead our vision from internal solutions to a market-ready platform.

Deine Rolle

• Strategische KI-Pionierarbeit: While the engineering team is responsible for the infrastructure, you delve deep into the latest developments (such as Agentic Workflows or new model releases). You decide based on this knowledge how we can use these technologies to radically rethink PR workflows.
• Leadership & Teamentwicklung: You lead our newly established AI team (2 developers & ops) both technically and disciplinarily. You are the driving force that establishes team processes from scratch, creates structures, and decides together with the management how the team and the product should develop.
• Performance-Monitoring & Marktanalyse: You analyze market trends and the behavior of our teams, identify optimization potential, and ensure the quality of workflows.
• Produktisierung: You shape the platform so that it perfectly reflects our internal processes today, but is already designed for scalability and opening up for external B2B customers in the future.
• Roadmap-Owner: You translate the entrepreneurial vision of the management into a concrete, technical product roadmap and are responsible for prioritization. The goal is to take over the vision, develop it independently, and continuously adapt it to the tech market.
• Logik-Konzeption & Flow: You are a master at reducing complexity. You design precise flowcharts and logic trees to structure the interaction between humans and AI (human-in-the-loop) so that highly efficient workflows emerge for our PR teams.

Wer du bist

• Erfahrung: Notable experience in product management of tech products or complex web applications.
• Leadership: Funded experience in leading tech teams
• Technical Depth: You understand data models, can read API documentation, and can discuss with the engineering team on an equal footing.
• AI-Visionär mit Hands-on-Spirit: You are passionate about the AI transformation that is currently taking place, keep technological leaps actively in mind, and as the first Product Lead, you will also operate practically everywhere.
• Strukturelle Exzellenz: You translate high-complex, vague requirements into precise processes and ensure that the team always works at the greatest lever through consistent prioritization.
