About the Role (your why) Datapay is seeking a Senior Product Manager to strategically drive the evolution of our product experience across all user cohorts. Your focus will be sequencing and prioritizing the product roadmap, utilizing insights from comprehensive discovery (involving Product Analytics, User Research, and competitive analysis), and partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional payroll solutions. What You'll Do (your day to day) * Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your product area. * Conduct comprehensive market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. * Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. * Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement. * Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in payroll and product management. * Act as a product evangelist, educating internal and external stakeholders on product vision and value. * Lead, mentor, and coach junior product managers, as needed. What You'll Bring (your experience) * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science). * 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products. * Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps. * Experience with payroll systems and/or financial software preferred. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Experience working in an Agile development environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
