Senior Product Manager (m/w/d)

A startup that has made it its mission to provide security to every person in the world – and that's for free. To do this, we develop an app that gives you immediate access to locally relevant helpers: people, regardless of whether they're your friends, family, or professional helpers.

We are a small team with a big heart, located in Munich, consisting of 53 people from 9 different nationalities. We are looking for a passionate new team member who loves tackling new challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. We are seeking support in the field of Product Management to translate our vision into an outstanding product that excites people and generates real added value.

Aufgaben

• Produktstrategie & Roadmap: You moderate and shape the product vision and strategic roadmap in close cooperation with the team and stakeholders. You ensure that all perspectives are taken into account to provide a prioritized direction that combines business goals and user needs optimally.
• Menschzentrierte Product Discovery & Delivery: You take full responsibility throughout the entire product lifecycle. You lead independent discovery streams to identify genuine problems or potential, and ensure excellent delivery. This means you always keep users in mind and understand yourself as their voice within the company. You grasp user needs, translate them into precise requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria), and ensure that the delivered result achieves the desired quality and impact.
• Datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung: You define relevant KPIs and success criteria for our product and relevant implementations. You use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to continuously improve product performance and adjust the roadmap and backlog accordingly.
• Cross-funktionale Führung & überzeugende Kommunikation: You understand yourself as a central interface between Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales. You moderate complex decision-making processes, manage stakeholder expectations (including management), and ensure aligned goals/plans through excellent communication.
• Prozess-Optimierung & Mentoring: You establish user-centered product culture by setting best practices in collaboration between Product, Design, and Tech. You actively contribute to increasing the efficiency and quality of cooperation in product development and beyond.

Qualifikation

• Relevante Produktmanagement Erfahrung: You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Product Management for digital B2C or B2B2C products (app focus), ideally in a strongly scalable startup environment.
• Ganzheitliche Umsetzungskompetenz: You have proven that you can not only conceptualize complex products but also successfully implement them. You know how to structure requirements so that development teams can work efficiently.
• Strategisches & Analytisches Mindset: You can quickly penetrate complex issues and translate them into clear, prioritized action recommendations. You are confident in handling modern analysis tools and lead strategic conclusions from data. You always keep the market and users in mind and have solid knowledge of market and data analysis.
• Exzellente Kommunikation & Moderationsfähigkeit: You are strong at synchronizing different perspectives and leading decisions. You confidently take on ideas, can enthusiastically convey them, and understand yourself as an integrative leader.
• Kollaborative Leadership-Mentalität: You burn for our mission and appreciate the work in a diverse team. You communicate fluently in German and English and bring the necessary resilience and flexibility for a dynamic environment.
