Your Responsibilities:
  • You develop and scale the heating system of the future – not just up to the heat pump outdoor unit, but down to the app integration of the radiator thermostatic valve
  • With your expertise, you enable a hardware system to become a comfortable and cost-optimized customer experience
  • You are responsible for hardware integration within the described scope – from the initial idea, through conception, to implementation, as well as series preparation & lifecycle management
  • You conduct detailed market analyses and evaluate technological possibilities, including systematic preparation of market, competitor, and customer information
  • You translate corporate requirements, customer needs, and technical framework conditions into scalable product decisions
  • You create technical specifications in close cooperation with engineering, installation, and relevant stakeholders
  • You conduct target cost analysis and make make-or-buy decisions together with strategic purchasing
  • You take over the moderation and documentation of the standardization process
  • Knowledge transfer into the organization, e.g., sales and service, completes your role

    • Your Profile:
  • At least 7 years of experience in product management with demonstrable results in the area of heat pumps, photovoltaics, or similar fields
  • Experience with physical product scaling and the operational impact of variant diversity
  • Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking ability
  • You fundamentally rethink things and thus enable Germany's simplest heat pump installation through disruptive and smart decisions
  • Very structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Confident handling of cross-functional requirements and a cool head in complex situations
  • Outstanding communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
